"If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything." If you are a regular listener you've heard me say that before. You've heard me say that before but it's worth saying again on my 2 year anniversary that you should act like a 2-year old.
I'm not suggesting that you take a dump in your drawers, but I am suggesting that you professionally implement the better part of being a 2-year old. Be brutally honest with your customers, your colleagues, and your family. Get right to the point with your emails, with your sale pitch. Sometimes the obvious is the hardest thing to achieve. Be a professionally filtered 2-year old.
