Right now, a lot of you are in the Transfer Portal. No one knows what's coming next, you're never satisfied, and we all think it’s better somewhere else. Division 1 athletes and the general public have no loyalty to anything. If you want to succeed, you need to come up with a plan and you need to believe in it and stick to it.
You need 10,000 hours of experience to become an expert at anything. If you are constantly jumping into the transfer portal and looking for that next best thing, you'll never get close to those 10,000 hours of anything. Focus boys and girls, it's time to dig in and become great at something. Don't let every shiny object distract you from a well-planned goal. You've got this, player.
